  My mom’s air conditioner stopped working in 80 degree weather. I called Centsible and JR fixed it the same day. He was very friendly and explained everything. We are very satisfied with their service.

  It’s hard to earn 5 stars from me, but this was an easy one. My parents’ central air went out last year, and I really didn’t want them dealing with the summer heat without AC. I reached out in the middle of a heat wave, and Dan and Hunter were out the next day to take a look. They got me a competitive quote quickly and made the whole process simple. Quentin and Austin handled the install and did an awesome job. They were professional, cleaned up as they worked, and had my parents’ broken central air replaced and keeping them cool again by lunchtime. Really solid experience from start to finish. Fast, fair, professional, and easy to work with.

  They put in a new furnace and central air for me. From the first call to them "Kristin" made me laugh. The way they answer the phone will put you in a good mood. They are all very kind and helpful. Hunter came to my house for the quote and he was very informational about everything which I really apricated. When the guys came out to do the work they put plastic down on my floors so they wouldn't bring dirt in and then when they left they picked it up and wiped up anything that was left behind. I would highly recommend Centsible Heating and Air Conditioning for anything that you might need. The are very professional and the price was great also. Thanks again for everything you guys & ladies did. I love it.

  6-24-26, schedule window 830/noon, Ryan my tech sent text "on his way". As a customer using the CARE CLUB, this was my product checkup. Ryan very pleasant,explaining about my regular checkup, cleaned,checked,no filter..I cant feel more comfortable knowing if I have furnace issue I can reach Centsible. Thanks Shannon for preparing my rebate for services. Have a nice day everyone.

  Called the company by mistake (thought I was calling another company) but received great service. You actually get to speak with a real person. I was scheduled ~a week & a half out which was completely reasonable for a service appointment. JR, the technician, called before arriving, showed up on time, was informative, respectful of my home & fantastic with my dog. The filter was changed, I got a surge protector hard wired for my HVAC & signed up for the service plan. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
