Four different people walk by they don't acknowledge you then you ask for help they say we will be with you shortly then they never come back to help. Not what they advertise which states customers come first

I asked about some teak and western red cedar and was told that I have to call back Monday to get a quote because it is all milled to ordered. I appreciate that but I don’t see why being able to give me a quote based on the cut list I have in my hand should be a problem OR offering to take a copy of my cut list and my contact information and offer to get back to me later in the week with a quote. Instead the expectation is the customer take time out of their work week to work around John’s Lumber schedule.
