  Shelby Construction Services completely exceeded our expectations, and to say we are OVER THE MOON with the transformation of our home would still be an understatement. From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about the final result as if it were their own home. The transformation they achieved is incredible. Every time we pull into the driveway or walk through the front door, we cannot believe this is our house. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of work completely changed the appearance and feel of our home. The crew went above and beyond at every stage of the project to make sure everything was done right. What impressed us even more is that this project was not just about looks.   Roof metal all over my house nails in my garden etc not happy at all in my built-in pool all over screw in my Camaro wheels 500 a wheel come on 🤦🏻‍♂️

  We reached out to Shelby as we are exploring options to update our siding and gutters. Mike and Matt came out and gave a wonderful presentation about their services. Unfortunately, the vibe changed when we stated that we were getting quotes from other companies, which is a very typical and responsible thing to do when you are going to be spending thousands of dollars. I was disappointed when I asked Mike if this quote was good for 6 months and he replied “are you really going to use it in 6 months? I can read people pretty good”. Not a great way to make potential customers feel. Matt was very personable. Mike couldn’t get out of the house quick enough once he heard we were getting other quotes. Good companies should encourage people to get multiple quotes. Based on the good reviews, this company was high on my list of possibilities but now I’m not sure.
