  We upgraded the ventilation system in our attic after noticing uneven temperatures throughout the house. The roofing team inspected airflow and installed additional vents to improve circulation. The project took about a day and a half. Compared to before, the upstairs feels noticeably cooler during warmer afternoons, and the HVAC system doesn’t seem to work as hard. The crew explained everything clearly and kept the workspace clean the entire time. It’s one of those improvements you don’t immediately think about, but the impact on comfort and efficiency became noticeable within the first few days.

  I recently hired Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating Cooling to install a mini-split upstairs because our central air conditioner wasn’t adequately cooling that area. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Communication was prompt and professional throughout — they were quick to respond via email, text, and phone, which made scheduling and coordination easy. Dion and David were terrific; they patiently answered all of my many questions with clear, knowledgeable explanations. The whole team (David, Dion, Tyler, and Drew) was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, and timely. They worked efficiently and in an organized manner, showed respect for my home, and left everything thoroughly cleaned-up. Tyler was especially careful to test the unit properly and took the time to walk me through exactly how to operate it. The mini-split unit itself has outstanding reviews, and I’m happy to say the installation matches that quality. It’s working beautifully, and I’m very pleased with both the equipment and the service I received. I highly recommend Hoover Electric & Plumbing — they’re a trustworthy, top-notch team I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again!

  We replaced several older outlets that were starting to feel loose. The electrician handled everything safely and efficiently. The job took a few hours. Compared to before, everything feels secure and reliable. It’s a small but important safety upgrade.

  Melissa Goodell came out to do an annual A/C inspection as part of our annual maintenance. Melissa was on-time, thorough in her evaluation and analysis, explained her findings completely and offered options for resolution. She also helped with installing new pmac furnace filter, purchase and installation of the furnace water panel and called the office to arrange for a follow-up assessment and consult, as well as to guide me on reorder of pmac and water panel filters going forward. A great overall experience and thanks to Melissa.
