  After my AC was moved Clayton came to do my seasonal maintenance making sure my AC was ready for Summer, my heater was good and I also asked him to look at my water tank because it was very noisy. He ended up using a camera inside the tank to show me exactly what was going on, he gave me serval options and was very honest about what outcomes might transpire. When he left I felt happy about the choices I made because of his honesty. Clayton worked very hard to make sure I was a happy customer and this is why I recommend Great Danes services to anyone who just wants to be treated with good ole fashion “Customer Service” I had three different Teams come to my home due to needing different services ALL four people that came where consistent and right on point with their Customer Service game and for this I will continue to give Great Dane high recommendations!

  We recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Great Dane Heating & Cooling and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the very first contact with their team to the final follow-up after installation, everything was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and care. The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and left clean when the job was completed. We truly appreciated how well they communicated throughout the process and answered all of our questions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values customer service from start to finish.   Had an issue with toilet not flushing. Plunging didn’t help, called Great Dane had a next day appointment available. They showed up on time within 2 hours issue resolved. Issue was caused by a clog in main line. Cost wise not sure how to describe if it was overpriced or not but I didn’t have time to call around as issue needed it to be fixed asap. Overall service was great.

  Huge shout out to Cody P and crew who arrived professional, courteous, making sure all questions were answered and the job was done to my liking along with clean-up. I highly recommend Great Dane and thank you to the two gentlemen that did my AC unit move they really made the experience a good one as it’s never fun to spend money on moving your AC but somehow this company and their Team made the process seem less painful.

  We had a fantastic experience with Derek from Great Dane. We’re in Macomb Township, and if you’re anywhere in the metro Detroit area and dealing with plumbing issues, he’s someone I’d absolutely recommend. He installed a hot water return line for our tankless water heater, so we finally have instant hot water, and added an expansion tank that completely fixed a whole-house water hammer issue we’d been putting up with. What really stood out was how much pride he takes in his work—the copper piping looks incredibly clean and well thought out. Not just functional, but honestly looks great. Derek was also just a pleasure to have in the house—friendly, easygoing, and respectful of our space. He cleaned up everything when he was done and left things exactly as he found them. It’s not always easy to find a contractor you feel good about recommending to neighbors, but Derek and Great Dane are definitely one of them.
