  I had a maintenance plan check for AC and furnace today. Jim was timely, efficient and kind. He was able to inform me of repair that should be completed before we turn on the heat soon. Very grateful for his thorough service so we can be prepared and not left in the cold. Highly recommend Great Dane!

  Both Dominic & Jeffrey were awesome. They were very professional & friendly. They worked together and were able to correct the problem that we had with the cracked unit. They made sure to let us know everything that was done, and that the unit was heating and cooling, and both working properly. Both my husband and I were very pleased with their professional service.

  Today Great Dane was out to do a yearly maintenance on my furnace in preparation for the winter months. First I’d like to say how quickly they responded to OnCourse Pivitol Home Solutions once I placed the call. I was impressed! I received a courtesy call and text before my techs arrival, letting me know Clayton would be arriving within 10 minutes and that he did! He was very courteous, professional and knew his job well. Clayton performed the maintenance, explained the inputs and outputs, did his cleanup and the area looked just as it did before he started. Yes, I will be asking for Great Dane for my Spring maintenance and if possible Clayton 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Updated down to one star. Three days later, they call to "confirm my appointment" I said I dont have an appointment. When I called back to confirm the cancellation, the person on the other end chose to blame her AI system, then the call service... not an apology, not trying to rectify it... just a 3 day late appointment and an attitude. 2 stars because people on the phone were very nice... but it would have been great if they kept an appointment or their word on the phone in 85 degree weather. For reference, here is my experience: - booked appointment last night due to the emergency nature, agreed to pay additional cost for a service call - right after, I received a confirmation email - considering how everyone else in this business seems to see appointments as suggestions, I decided to call in and confirm just to be sure at noon (apt from noon to 4). - person on the phone who was great told me that he saw the appointment but there wasn't anyone assigned to it. He said he couldnt do much but he would call dispatch urgently and then get right back to me. - an hour later (25% of the appointment window), I hadent heard back so I called back again. - the weekend scheduler (who was very nice) was unable to see anything or transfer me to anyone else. So on a long weekend, 85 degree weather, air conditioning out and set an appointment with $170 weekend service charge (give or take) scheduled, we didnt call anyone else assuming that this company kept its appointments. Happy Labor Day to you too!!!!!!!!
