  Absolutely top notch work and very kind people! I one hundred percent recommend Great Dane Plumbing to anyone that needs replacements or repairs done. Great Dane Plumbing replaced our water heater, updated our piping, and fixed our backyard spigot all within a day. They were extremely thorough, cleaned and took care of the spaces they worked in, and were so friendly with our very curious pets 😊 Thank you again!

  Derek looked a bit young and so I got a bit nervous...last young plumber from other company couple years ago did horrible job and I didn't realize until later. Derek was different. He was VERY polite/professional...imparted some knowledge to me before leaving and did a wonderful job. I told hIm just fix the leaking water pipe that the previous home owner gheto installed, so that it works...wasn't to concerned about the looks. He fixed it and also made it look good as well. Also, they were able to give me higher priority and came next day (I took a day off work) and so thanks for that as well. Price was higher than I expected but then I haven't called for a plumber in many years and so thinking they all charge about the same these days. I did check with one other company and they were even more for initial truck roll. Great Dane seems to be a good choice for plumbing repair. Even though Derek looked so young, he tells me he has been at this craft for more than 10 years. It showed. Thanks.

  Requested hot water tank, bathtub spout drips and waterline to humidifier on furnace to be checked. Devin was thorough and organized. He took time to explain and show me how to prepare when replacement is needed for each item. Confirmed I didn’t need anything else done. He also told me about the MVP Program and left a pamphlet to review. For me, the service was excellent! I appreciate the honesty and care.

  We had an AC system installed in May. Within 2 weeks it wasn't working. It took them 4 hours to get it working again. Come now, August. It's broken again and needs to be replaced. Back 2 months ago there was a manufacturer issue that they hid from us that could've been dealt with then. Now it's the weekend and apparently only the office people work on the weekend. It will be 90 degrees out. No air, and we have to wait who knows how long for a new unit.

  We called Great Dane because our air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly. We paid $130 for a diagnostic service call and were told there was a clog somewhere in the line, but they couldn’t determine where it was or whether it was a system issue. We were also told the compressor was bad and that the repair would cost around $6,000. The technician recommended replacing the unit instead. What was surprising is that while the technician was still at our house, a salesperson arrived to quote us a new air conditioner for approximately $8,200. We declined to make an immediate decision and said we would think about it. We also requested an itemized breakdown of the recommended repairs. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, we never received one. Wanting a second opinion, we called an independent HVAC contractor. After performing his own diagnostics, he asked whether the unit had been running while Great Dane was there (it was) and whether Great Dane mentioned removing any parts from the unit (they did not). He quickly discovered the air conditioner was missing its capacitor, which prevented the system from operating properly. After installing a new capacitor and inspecting the lines, he found no obstruction. The unit immediately began cooling our home again and has continued working without issue. Based on our experience, we spent $130 on a diagnosis that resulted in a recommendation for a costly replacement, when the actual issue was resolved with a capacitor. We also never received the repair breakdown we requested. We encourage anyone facing a major repair recommendation to get a second opinion before committing to thousands of dollars in repairs or replacement.
