Conan, Joey and Robbie ARE THE BEST !!!! Great service, very knowledgeable and incredible integrity. I would not buy or let any other company service my generator. When I needed them they were here immediately.

We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our home on August 27, we had to wait until October 6 for them to actually come out. Appointment was set between the hours of 12p-2p. No one showed. My husband took the day off of work to be home for said appointment. At 2p, he called the office only to be told he wasn’t on the schedule!!! There was little remorse. Definitely wouldn’t count this company as reliable. Generac should not list them as such either. What a shame and a waste of PTO 🤬 We will be contacting another company and taking our business elsewhere for services needed.

Budget installed and has been servicing generator for 10 years. I had a problem after hours and they tell me there is a $350 after hours charge( normal fee 175) they come out are here 10 minutes replace a voltage regulator which they charge me $225 and the technician said he was giving a deal normal price was $325. The following day I call and get a price from 2 other businesses and the voltage regulator was $160 from both, and i find out another customer of Budget was told after hour fee was $250.00. I call budget and was told that is their normal price for regulator and nothing they can do about after hour fee per their owner. I request to speak with owner and mention the better business Bureau and the Attorney General for price gouging and she immediately offers to credit $100 and also the$65.00 extra dollars for regulator. This is how they treat a loyal customer of 10 Years. Stay away this company has no idea how to conduct business , Total Scam
