- JWJessica WehrmanOct 6, 20211.0We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our home on August 27, we had to wait until October 6 for them to actually come out. Appointment was set between the hours of 12p-2p. No one showed. My husband took the day off of work to be home for said appointment. At 2p, he called the office only to be told he wasn’t on the schedule!!! There was little remorse. Definitely wouldn’t count this company as reliable. Generac should not list them as such either. What a shame and a waste of PTO 🤬 We will be contacting another company and taking our business elsewhere for services needed.

(actually NO STAR rating) my husband is a heart patient and after 2 days w/o pwr - the generator went out also. 90 degree day with no AC, the Tech told me he could not come out and told my husband to change the oil himself in the middle of the night. If you like service like this... you will be extremely pleased. We bought and pay for maintenance of the generator for emergencies like this and they got our money we got no service when we needed it.
