  Let me start by saying that I rarely give 5 star reviews. Probably less than 5, 5 star reviews in everything on which I comment. I hired Elieff Brothers Roofing to do my siding since I had them re-roof my house and garage about 3 years ago. They used an off brand shingle but in doing my research, it was the best of all asphalt roofing material. The roofing job was definitely professional. Unlike a previous job I had done. I needed to side my house so I thought I would hire them again. They did an outstanding job. They waited to start the job until I had some painting done. They recommended a painting contractor Royal Painting) and that group was great as well. Joe T. was the siding supervisor. He was outstanding and I could tell he really cared about the workmanship and how the job was completed. It almost felt that he looked over my job as if it was being done on his house. He checked his crew everyday, morning and evening. His crew worked hard and the job looks like something that I would do if I knew how to professionally side a house. Would I hire them again? Definitely. Were they the cheapest? No, BUT the job was professional. Hire good people, cry once. Hire not so good people, cry twice maybe even 3 times. Great company and their people are really good as well.

  Outstanding work. I live in a 6000 SF house and had windows replaced. Had 3 quotes. Picked Elieff Brothers not only because quote was reasonable but also because they paid extra attention to details regarding what was needed that others did not. They had a very good installation crew headed by a seasoned window installer. Quality of workmanship matters in window installation and Elieff Brothers did not disappoint. Every window was installed well and checked 5 times. Crew was relaxed, not in a hurry and performed above expectations. Highly recommended.

  From the initial call to the final inspection, every single individual was amazing! Amber was ALWAYS helpful and polite. She was always willing to help when I needed her assistance. She was very knowledgeable about the service they were going to provide and when they were to provide it. When there was going to be a delay, she communicated that well in advance. I have to say that their customer service IS top notch! Justin was very professional when dealing with me and the crew. When he came out to inspect, he explained to me what had been done and why. There was going to be an adjustment to my estimate, he communicated as soon as he knew. The communication with all levels of this company made me feel as though I was in very capable hands throughout the whole process. I will be calling on them again to do more work for me. A VERY satisfied customer here. Thank you to the entire team!

  I got a quote from Eric for a roofing project on my home and want to share my honest experience. The quality of materials and reputation of the company seem solid, which is why I was seriously considering them. However, the sales experience left a lot to be desired. I was the one who called to set up the consultation and handled all communication, but Eric insisted my fiancé be present for the meeting and largely directed the conversation to him once he arrived, even though I was the primary point of contact throughout. That was frustrating and felt dismissive. It was obvious he didn’t see me as a real customer simply because I’m a woman, and it was incredibly frustrating. He did let us know ahead of time that the meeting would run about an hour to an hour and a half, but it still felt like a lot of time to ask of two people taking time off work, especially for a sales consultation (and I had already met with him once in person). The presentation itself was also awkward — he used a small laptop with a privacy screen, so only the person directly in front of it could see anything, and we both had to crane our necks just to halfway follow along with what he was showing us. Eric also never brought the shingle color samples he said he would. During the meeting, he spent a notable amount of time criticizing other roofing companies and materials (including a fairly steep takedown of metal roofing), which came across as more sales pressure/desperate than helpful advice. Also, after giving us the price, he pushed hard for us to sign on the spot. We ultimately went with a different contractor at a more reasonable price, who has only ever needed to speak with me directly throughout the entire process despite knowing I have a fiancé. It’s been a refreshing contrast. If you’re considering Elieff Brothers, I’d recommend asking for a different rep or be prepared for a high-pressure sales pitch and to be treated differently if you’re a woman.

  Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job on our roof last summer. Start to finish, everything was executed in a very professional and respectful manner (especially to our neighbors as far as start and finish times) which was definitely appreciated . . . Our roof took a day and a half but I'd rather have a company take their time and do a good job - as opposed to some fly by night operation . . . Our neighbors were so impressed (and unimpressed with the other 2 companies that did houses on our block this summer) they asked us for a referral. Also, I need to give a special thank you to Amanda - who made what "could've been a stressful process" for a family doing their roof for the first time "an absolute pleasure". Kudos to whoever hired her - she's a gem. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
