  Excellent service. We had them install carpet in our basement, the stairs going down to the basement, and a first floor office. The price was incredible and the install was perfect. We actually got lucky and they had an opening the day after our quote, so they literally installed it the next day. Also the price we were quoted was the same as the final price (meaning no hidden fees). They were very timely and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Couldn't ask for better service.

  Great experience all around at this Canton location. Mike was awesome to work with. Very explanatory and patient! They came in the lowest price wise by a long shot out of the 3 places we looked at for carpet. John our installer is clearly an expert at his craft! He did an outstanding job on both of the rooms! Very few wasted movements with this guy. You can tell he takes pride in his work!! A big thanks to Mike and John!! Experiences like the one we had are few and far between these days!! Keep up the great work gentlemen!!

  We've used Metro multiple times. They installed LVP in our finished basement, new carpeting in all the bedrooms, and we also bought CoreTec LVP for our 1st floor which was installed by the company re-doing our kitchen. We've been extremely pleased with each interaction. Metro has been very easy to deal with, quick to schedule pre-visits and installs. Pleasantly surprised when we needed a repair to the flooring installed by the kitchen contractor, Metro came out same day and fixed it to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Metro for anyone looking for new flooring of any type.

  From beginning to end Metro Carpet has provided us not only with excellent value for carpeting our basement and stairs along with click tile in kitchen, laundry, and entryway but superior workmanship of the installers. Each and every one of the employees/owners/installers was professional as well as kind and accommodating wherever they could be. What a great and dependable place. Thank you so much all of you!

  Jim and his team came and did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. We came in to the store on a Sunday - and the carpet was installed that Tuesday. Amazing experience. A+
