  My roof was old and I had a leak. I needed a new roof and I need it sooner rather then later. I called around got several estimates and some of the prices were out of site and totally out of my budget. My sister told me about CHI. She said they did her roof a few years back and she hasn't had a problem. I called them. Jim gave me an estimated price for roof, insulation and gutters. The next week they came out my roof and insulation was done same day, Gutters were up within 2 days after the roof was complete. They were very professional and didn't leave a mess. They kept me informed every step of the way, and most importantly they stuck to the estimated price. They also had financing available. I now have a new roof with insulation and gutters. I am very happy with CHI and I would strongly recommend them.

  Good stuff all the way through. Great service and communication and successfully solved a materials issue. Fair pricing and communication about pricing and scheduling. Great job on the roof, just completed 8-14-2026. Shout out to Jim, the owner, crew chief, Chris, and a great work crew that were both friendly and respectful of the property. The roof looks great and you wouldn't believe the cleanup job they did. Happy customers.

  Professional and friendly. Jim could explain every aspect of the job in detail and Chris made sure the job rolled along while explaining the process. The job was completed the same day and within the span of time originally promised. Eventual replacing of a roof is, obviously, one of the most costly upkeeps of owning a home. We read up on the type of roof we have - how important it is to have proper ventilation and the various methods. We looked at other homes in our area to evaluate our desires in shingle style and color, then made our decision from full-sized samples that Jim left with us. The finished job turned out to be exactly what we hoped and were promised. The crew was tight. They moved items out of the work area and replaced when the job was finished. Their skill and obvious experience made the hard work flow smoothly with calculated progression. Cleanup afterward was thorough and appreciated. If someone asks me about what is not only a qualified company for roofing, but also, how informative they are and appreciative of providing the service, I have no reservations recommending CHI.

  CHI did a fantastic job from start to finish. They did a complete tear out of the roof and installed new GAF shingles + installed new skylight. Jimmy took his time with finding the right solution for our very stuffy attic, personally going up into the space and coming up with a plan to alleviate our ventilation issue. We’re very happy with the professionalism, speed, and quality of work the whole team provided. Would highly recommend them!
