  Wonderful company to work with. I’ve used them personally as well as partnered with them on job sites. They are very responsive and punctual, they have highly experienced techs that provide excellent service at a very fair price. Can’t recommend enough!!

  We had a weekend plumbing emergency with water leaking from our first floor into the basement. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had Adam at our house in no time. He found the source of the leak quickly and took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged. The price was very fair, especially given the fast response and quality of work. Truly great service! We’ll be returning customers.

  Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work. Our house likes to make home repairs and improvements challenging at every turn, but to our pleasure and surprise, things went very smoothly and at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend Adam and Benjamin Franklin plumbing for your plumbing needs!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Adam! I had an outstanding experience with Adam Cialone from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to assess the situation, explain everything clearly, and make sure we understood what was going on. His expertise and attention to detail really stood out, and he got us squared away! It’s refreshing to have a technician who truly knows his craft and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Adam is definitely an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional plumbing technician.   ⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, particularly in dealing with Rick, who identified himself as a co-owner. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication and organization surrounding payment. Contractors are apparently being sent out to perform the work and collect payment, but those payments are not being entered into the company’s system in a timely manner. Meanwhile, the customer is left receiving invoices for services that have already been paid for. As a customer, I should not have to chase down a company and prove that I paid for a service because their contractors and office are not properly communicating with one another. When I raised these concerns with Rick, I expected someone in an ownership position to take responsibility, investigate what happened, and resolve the situation professionally. Instead, the experience only added to my frustration. If your company chooses to use contractors, it is still your responsibility to have a system in place that accurately records payments and prevents customers from being billed twice. Internal disorganization should never become the customer’s problem. On top of that, The problem persisted 10 minutes after Adam left. My sister tried calling three times and never got a return phone call as this was considered an emergency since it was after hours. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The lack of organization, accountability, and communication has been unacceptable. I would give this experience zero stars if that were an option.
