He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only do I have a fully functioning toilet again (which is always a win! 😄), but he also gave me some great tips for maintaining my shower and preventing future issues.   My Technician was Adam C. He was very professional and explained everything that was wrong with my old pipes and explained everything he was doing to fix it. He was able to immediately fix my problem and negotiated a fair price. I will contact Benjamin Franklin and ask for Adam for any future problems/projects. Plumbing problems are stressful. Adam’s calm and confident demeanor was very reassuring. Thank you Adam!

  I had this company come out to repair a leak in my tankless water heater, and the experience was disappointing. They charged me $250 for a 30‑minute diagnostic without giving me a quote beforehand. They only partially fixed the leak and then told me they couldn’t repair it fully. Their solution was to recommend replacing the entire unit for almost $6,000. What makes this worse is that another company came out afterward and fixed the leak 100%, no replacement needed. That same company also quoted me about half the price for a new unit if I ever decide to replace it. The technicians were polite and professional, but the pricing transparency and the quick push toward an expensive replacement were not acceptable. Future customers deserve to know this before choosing them.
