  Stay away...unless you like to be offended for asking them to clarify some things. Office staff very disorganized & unprofessional. I paid $429 for the 1st service call (no big deal) then they needed to come back out for same fixture issue, the 2nd apt - the tech was a no call no show. I called the office they said they were going to give me a credit for the inconvenience. (nice:-) Tech came back out, finished the job & was told it was $257. I told the tech of the credit, he called his boss. His boss said, Oh Hell No. (even though I had a text from the office & sent it to the tech and the boss). Next thing I know I have an email telling me that I paid less than $230 (my check cashed for $429) for the first call & if I was going to hold them to the credit they promised me, then they were going to charge me the "True" cost of the 2nd call & jacked up the price to $375. Then I get a nasty text from the owner telling me that I am "problematic" and need to do some reflecting.

  We had a shower and tub demo and installation, Adam was fantastic and committed to the job. It looks great, works great; would recommend and will call again for future plumbing needs.

  Absolutely amazing experience. Very professional and personable. The work completed was exactly what was needed. Ease of scheduling and accommodation of my schedule was highly appreciated. Both Adam C and Matthew T were outstanding. Adam’s expertise in diagnosing my issue and explaining my options to Matthew completing my repairs. Both were outstanding individuals both personally and professionally. I will be using this company for my future repairs

  I had a fantastic experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, specifically with their technician, Anthony Waldrop. Replacing a hot water heater can be stressful, but the team made the process completely seamless from start to finish. After I provided just a few pictures of my old unit's model, serial number, and the room setup, they were immediately on top of it. Anthony arrived exactly on time, walked me through the entire replacement, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was exceptionally professional, personable, and left the workspace perfectly clean when he was done. I highly recommend Anthony and this company for any plumbing needs!
