  So i bought an older house in Cadillac 4 years ago. I knew the pipes were going to need repairs down the road. This last winter i had a water line break that goes outside to a spicket and just last week i had a hot water heater line break at the copper tubing that goes into the hot water heater itself. I called and talked to the owner and he came out the very next day to replace all the water lines and replace the hot water heater. He gave me the quote the next day and i said yep go ahead and do your thing. I think it was like 2 days later he sent two guys Charlie and Kyle and all i can say is wow. They did such a great job. These two did such great work i can't prays them enough. I felt bad for them because being an older house built in 1900 you don't know what your going to run into as you do a repair. So they got the new gas how water heater installed and all the lines. They went to hook up the exhaust for the how water heater and it was so old and rusted it just fell apart. So they were going to replace that also and when they got to were it goes in the wall and up through the ceiling it was so rusted out and bad they could not get it to hook to the remaining pipe. So option 1 was to have a company come out and replace the whole vent from the roof down to the hot water heater to vent it and that was looking like another big chunk of money. Well one of the guys Kyle i think suggested going to an electric hot water heater. So he looked at the fuse box contacted an electrician sent them a picture asked if it was an option and was told yes. So they unhooked the gas hot water heater and got an electric one. Re hooked everything up and now just have to wait for the electrician to do his magic. I'm telling you from my personal opinion these guys are awesome. They stuck to the quote and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. These guys are professional in every way the word professional can be used. There work is spot on great, did it in a timely manner and considering what was there to begin with because of the age of everything in the basement i knew it was not going to be an easy job. If you are looking for someone to do any kind of plumbing work i am telling you these are they guys to use. Awesome awesome job and i can't say thank you enough to them.

  Great job, great staff. Jeff came out early, completed the drain clean out, did a great job, gave advice on how to maintain the drain to avoid future issues. Staff was super nice, personable, left the kitchen just how he found it. These guys are the best in the business. Call them today!

  Today I had a service man named Toby come out to service our septic, as it was making gurgling sounds, which means tree root problem.He was polite and went quickly to work. He was able to auger the line and had the problem solved in less than an hour.I really appreciate your quick service.

  Had a clogged kitchen sink,called all rooter and made an appointment for that week. They showed up early and started breaking up our clog. Got the drain flowing better but was told to flush with hot water. Tried doing the dishes and the drain started getting slower and slower. Finally was clogged agian. Called next morning and they sent Toby back out and after some investigation he found that the problem was poor workmanship from last owner. Toby removed the old pipes and ran all new the correct way. Snaked the drain one last time and everything was flowing properly. Thanks to Toby for having patience and doing whatever it took to get the job done.
