Jakson was the roof inspector and did a very good job showing us the materials and how to take care of the issues. We are very excited for the new roof!

I would like to start be saying my installation crew was top notch. Very professional and clean and fast. However when it comes to the estimate i feel we were led to believe one thing and got something different. First we were told 43000 which we could not afford do to my stage 4 Brain cancer. Then i get a text hey we would like to help you out i talked to my manager and we can do it for 30000 and a payment of 320. I say thank you so much it made me emotional that someone would help me that way. When we get together oh i made an error its actually 33000 and 475 monthly payment. Which really is a stretch fo me but its 10000 off the original amount. Then the day of the job. Hey we are 10 sheets of plywood short that will cost you 1500 more. What choice do i have my roof is already ripped off. I find it a little weird that we were 10 sheets short but had extra materials of everything else. I feel this was a way to boost my bill another 1500 dollars. Service and crew 5 stars. The shadiness of the estimate always going up was very disingenuous i give that part 1 star. However Jackson was great. Thank you Major Rowe

Khoa, our inspector, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He did a very thorough job and was great at showing and explaining what he had found and what our options were. The pictures he took were were very informative and helpful in making our decision.

Donte and Austin with Victors came out to give me a price for my windows. I was completely dissatisfied with previous estimates I got, whether it was 2x too expensive or very obviously a cheap window. Victors DOES NOT PLAY. They thoroughly explained their product, the efficiency, and last but not least…. The price! Oh my goodness they couldn’t have signed me up faster! For the product they provide, with professional installers, it was so AFFORDABLE! I AM SO EXCITED FOR MY NEW BLACK WINDOWS!
