  Great prices and so patient with me as I took time to decide what I wanted. I think that he went above and beyond in explaining products to me and informing us about the whole process. We have worked with this company twice and plan to return when we finish our basement in the next few years.

  Timely and performed as promised. Good prices and the owner takes the time to explain differences in carpet, padding, etc. All around good job. Would recommend and use again.

  I DO NOT recommend this business. Horrible experience! We are a military family and would love to support a neighborhood veteran owned business but working with this difficult owner was the absolute worst experience we've ever had! I truly regret giving him the business that we did - replacing the wood floors in our house. We also planned to replace the upstairs carpet but after the wood floor experience there is no way I would do any additional business with this owner. He was extremely rude to me on multiple occasions and in my opinion unprofessional. Once the floors were installed we waited for some transition pieces to be available to complete the job. Unfortunately, the original installer was busy on another job so the owner came to our home to measure for the transitions. While he was at our home, we discussed the balance owed on our bill. I requested he deduct a small amount for work that was not performed and he immediately became very angry and aggressive in his tone. The situation became very uncomfortable and he stormed out of our house, taking the material with him. The plan before we started discussing the bill was for him to come back in a few days to install the transitions. I decided at that point that he would not be allowed back in our home. The remaining material was picked up from his shop and the balance paid. We will work out the installation on our own rather than deal with him again. To add to this situation, upon inspecting the transition material that we paid a premium for we found several pieces to not even match our flooring and one 32" piece had 4 nail holes already in it. We can only assume these damaged pieces came off of an old job.

  The carpet we ordered is beautiful and the installation process was great! Everyone we encountered is professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company!
