Overall, we are very happy with the overall end result. The entire Spencer & Son team was great to work with through out the entire process. They took our vision and really brought it to light! Really appreciate everything they did and would use them again for any project.

The first cancellation was through email and I called the second day of install to get an estimated time of arrival for them to say they are sorry they dropped the ball again. Stated that we were a small job for them with no regard to try to get us back on schedule due to larger jobs.

Everyone from the sales team to the workers were so helpful with each step. They assisted by listening to what we wanted and made it happen. We would certainly trust them again with an additional project.

I wouldn't keep returning if I weren't completely satisfied with their work. Spencer and Sons is a quality outfit that I can heartily recommend.
