- DMDick MattieMay 1, 20262.0We ordered a shower door from Tom and specifically requested a towel bar on the inside door for hanging washcloths. On a separate piece of paper Tom totaled it all up including the disposal and removal of the existing door. When it was delivered and installed there was no towel bar as requested. The installer was great btw. When the installer called with my concern Tom disavowed any knowledge of the order request even though my wife and I both asked for the extra bar and Tom said, "not a problem we get a lot of requests for that". We paid for it, Tom denies it, his office mate called him and Tom says he tried to call us but he did not. No offer of satisfaction, no credit for the bar we paid for....all totaled on a piece of note paper but conveniently left off the invoice. I sell upwards of 100 houses a year and refer a ton of business. Do the math on that. You can't make this stuff up.
