- JSJames Sandel2 days ago5.0Came out on sunday my condenser fan quit. Service man got it running pretty quick. I was a little concerned as I installed an easy start on compressor 5 years ago to allow my standby generator to run the ac, and it has a IAC disconnect with generator 100 amp slave ATS switch, so it has some complexity. No problem for the service man! great job and professional.
- DGDavid Geen5 days ago3.0Not pleased that a new furnace installed 27 months ago in February, 2024 and serviced & inspected in December, 2025 has parts or gasgets that failing already. Of course warranty work was only thru 24 months, so we incurred a charge of $188.00. Our last furnace thru Lakeside worked for 28 years!

I am glad I had him check as he found some sensor issues and explained what was happening. I did sign up for a maintenance package that covers my major systems as they are getting up in age and I can get discounts on future repair labor while improving the lifespan of my mechanicals. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Called when he was on his way, spent about two hours working on it, was careful not to step on some new plants next to the outside unit, answered my questions, and even remembered to turn off the attic light when he was done up there. Hope they send him back next year!
