Our experience with KSI was great. Starting with our knowledgeable salesperson to the installers of our bathroom quartz countertop.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mary at KSI in Brighton. We had originally selected a different company to install our bathroom countertops, which ended up creating a big delay in our remodeling project. In a pinch we went to KSI and Mary stepped right in to help get our project back on track. She helped us select the countertops and made sure ordering and communication was followed up on in a timely manner. She went above and beyond what was needed and provided us with a customer service experience that is rare to find these days. We will only be using KSI for our future remodeling projects. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!

I was very pleased with the design and installation of my kitchen. Once Ambra helped me with the design, she ordered my cabinets, and her installation team took over, and did a fast, clean and professional job.

We worked with Ambra at the Brighton location to design cabinets and a bathroom shower for our basement finish project. We really appreciated Ambra’s design advice and ideas. At the KSI store we saw a brick tile display which we wanted to incorporate into our design and she had good ideas to help us. She was always responsive to our communication and available with flexible appt times! Ambra also visited our home to meet with our contractor so there were no surprises when it came time for him to complete installation of the shower and cabinets. She guided us to an affordable price with ways to save cost since it was a basement without sacrificing quality. We really liked the one day installation shower system that KSI uses along with Henderson glass shower doors. We appreciated the coordination of all the details and recommend this company.
