  We were in desperate need of air conditioning especially how hot it was outside. It was unbearable at this point. We were also in need of a new furnace. We decided to have both installed. The plan was to get the air in first since that’s what we needed immediately and have the furnace put in later. Much to my surprise, I only had to wait one day. By the time I got home from work my air and furnace were both installed by Alex and William. Cassie handled all of the financing with ease. Explained everything and also helped with some last minute changes with much understanding and grace. Alex and William had everything installed, cleanup, and explained the new thermostat. Thank you Cassie, Alex, Willam and Dominion service company.

  Jordan was professional and knowledgeable, and he communicated very clearly and thoroughly what we could expect during his visit. He then explained what needed to be done and did the job. We had just decided to join the membership plan which dropped the price of the visit tremendously. We are very pleased with Dominion!

  Amazingly good service. Jordan was awesome to communicate with, took time to listen, and correctly diagnosed a fairly complex issue that ultimately had to do with electricity and DTE. Consummate professionals with very reasonable prices - I'll be looking to sign up for there service membership offering. Thanks Jordan and Dominion!

  Jordan is truly exceptional. I’m beyond blessed to have had him as my technician today. He showed nothing but integrity, kindness, patience, and respect from the moment he arrived. As a first‑time homeowner dealing with overwhelming heat issues and discovering problem after problem, I’ve been under a lot of stress and Jordan met all of it with calm professionalism. What he did today wasn’t routine service — it was literally life‑protective. When he realized the issue wasn’t HVAC‑related, he didn’t stop like most techs would and found dangerous arcing and burn marks behind my breaker panel — that even my home inspector missed. He explained everything clearly, never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, and even took the time to explain the benefits of being a Dominion member. He then went out of his way to refer me to a trusted electrician to make sure the issue was handled quickly and safely. Jordan quite literally protected my home and my family today.
