  These guys are the best! I have only used CGC Home Services for Water Treatment for the past 25 years. They work with the latest processes used to improve, filter, and soften hard Michigan Water to the highest levels of purity possible. And being newly retired, I've now decided to drill a well and build a new home here in Michigan - because of the water! Thank you CGC Home Services.

  We have had a Kientico system, installed by CGC, for 11 years now. We have used CGC over the years for service, salt delivery, etc. Service has deteriorated recently. We had called in an issue with water pressure for our drinking water. The lady on the phone sounded like she was doing us a favor. She was apparently left alone to handle a bunch of calls. The technician who came in tried his best to sell us on a Chlorine mitigation system, and maybe even a whole new system! He did NOT solve our problem. I had to Google the issue myself and found the problem was with the water tank that holds drinking water, and all it needed is for the tank to be completely drained and its bladder pressure fixed with a regular hand pump! We spent $175 on the tech for his up-sell which if implemented would have cost several thousands. The actual cost was my time, and a new bike pump I bought for $20! Giving them 2 stars here as their service had been good until recently.

  Was able to schedule same day for emergency repair. The plumber did a good job and was friendly. Five stars for him. But CGC charges a lot for their services. Above average. Good work for a high price.
