Turnaround for our item is 10 weeks so that's perfect to enjoy it when summer comes. We ended up receiving our "playhouse" about 14 weeks later. It turned out decent. A few splits in the wood that are pretty deep but seem to be holding. Where the roof meets the walls on the sides, there's a pretty big gap so we keep getting bees inside. That should be an easy fix. Unfortunately communication seemed to be a problem when I was trying to get an estimated date of delivery. Eventually the lady said she would give us a display model since ours hadn't been built.
