  I own properties and have had excellent installations every time, except the last one. Plank flooring in my kitchen, DR, LR. It took 2 months to complete. At least 8 different men in my home, all different times of the day and evening. They had to order an extra box. I was told that the wrong product was ordered 3 times until it came in. I did call the manager, she seemed uninterested. I will do business again with Supreme and request another installer.

  As soon as we stepped into the store, Scott greeted my husband and I with a smile and an incredibly enthusiastic attitude, demonstrating impressive expertise and guiding us thoroughly through the vast array of luxury vinyl flooring choices, carefully explaining the unique features and benefits of each option. The reason we purchased our flooring through this company is because of Scott. We were slightly disappointed that Supreme lacks multiple backup samples for customers to take home, limiting display to available inventory. If samples are signed out, newcomers cannot explore Supreme's full offerings.

  Gotta be open to do business. Stopped by during business hours and the lights are off and door locked. Tried to call a different day as well and no answer

  We had trouble with Supreme floor covering from the moment they walked in our door. From them being late, not showing, not tarpings off the area they were pulling up old flooring, to them leaving without putting our toilet and bathroom door back. When the vinyl tile flooring was finally done( took three times longer than they said) our trim looked awful We ended up hiring a contractor, at our expense, to re do all the trim. We also have a seam in the carpet that is showing. They did end up refunding us a small amount of money, about half what the extra expense was, I can honestly tell you it was a nightmare working with Supreme Flooring
