  I own properties and have had excellent installations every time, except the last one. Plank flooring in my kitchen, DR, LR. It took 2 months to complete. At least 8 different men in my home, all different times of the day and evening. They had to order an extra box. I was told that the wrong product was ordered 3 times until it came in. I did call the manager, she seemed uninterested. I will do business again with Supreme and request another installer.

  Very pleased with Jason and Mark at Supreme. I purchased new carpet and had an issue with the install. Mark and Jason promptly got someone out to take a look and quickly resolved the issue. They are always friendly and love to support local.

  The Manager Frank was very helpful. I was very upset about my carpet being torn up from a pet. Frank did a great job setting me up with a tech to resolve my issue! Very professional
