These guys worked on my dad's boiler and got it up and going. It needed new parts, and they came a few times in between and kept us warm when we needed help. They helped my mom in a time of need.

Outstanding service. Beyond impressed! We ran into a frustrating plumbing issue with our main basement drain pipe and the drain underneath our kitchen sink. After trying to fix them ourselves without success, we called Chartier and Sons Plumbing out of Bay City for help. What happened next blew us away. We were honestly just hoping to set up an appointment for an evaluation, but Jeff called us back minutes later to discuss the problem. When he heard where we lived, he mentioned he was close by and would be happy to stop over. Once he arrived, Jeff evaluated both situations and told us he could tackle the job right on the spot. He ran out to grab the necessary supplies, came right back, and had both drains completely fixed up in no time. If you are looking for prompt, highly professional, and efficient plumbing work, look no further than Chartier and Sons. Thank you, Jeff, for saving the day!

Door was locked and they don't post the hours of operation on the door. Sorry I wasted my fuel.
