- JSJames SchmittAug 21, 20265.0Outstanding service. Beyond impressed! We ran into a frustrating plumbing issue with our main basement drain pipe and the drain underneath our kitchen sink. After trying to fix them ourselves without success, we called Chartier and Sons Plumbing out of Bay City for help. What happened next blew us away. We were honestly just hoping to set up an appointment for an evaluation, but Jeff called us back minutes later to discuss the problem. When he heard where we lived, he mentioned he was close by and would be happy to stop over. Once he arrived, Jeff evaluated both situations and told us he could tackle the job right on the spot. He ran out to grab the necessary supplies, came right back, and had both drains completely fixed up in no time. If you are looking for prompt, highly professional, and efficient plumbing work, look no further than Chartier and Sons. Thank you, Jeff, for saving the day!

They took my information and scheduled a visit and said they would come out same day between 3-4pm, and that they would call or come the next day if they couldn't make it. Never heard from them again and it's now 1 week later. No call, no visit. Nothing. What a joke...
