  I had no power and there receptionist failed to note this so the response time was slow considering this fact but the individual who contacted me took note of this fact and imediatly apologized for taking so long contacting me back due to the lack of notes from the original call there professional response suggests it would be addressed and I do not take this as a typical occurence there and am sorry I cannot give a higher rating as the return caller was very professional and helpful and would rate them much higher but for the wait due to the receptionists lack of proper notes.

  A quick poll of my Facebook friends directed me to this company to help me out with an electrical issue that was occurring at a property of mine that is quite old. I have received nothing but prompt and clear communication from every person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at BTE. Jay has been especially exceptional with what I feel has been honest and thoughtful ideas to address the electrical issues that we were having, and I feel confident that Jay and everyone at BTE can handle whatever comes up! I highly recommend BTE for all of your electrical needs!

  My house flooded in June and was completely gutted from the basement to the main level. Noah and his crew came in and completely redid our electrical system. We were able to add lights to our convenience where we wanted then ad well as helping us make our TV's hang on the wall with no cables coming down. They are professional, nice, and communicative. Definitely would recommend BTE to anyone I know.

  Professional, Detailed, Expert in their field, and Great follow-up! We built an 11,000 sq. ft. facility, and BTE handled all electrical aspects. I never had to worry about the quality of work or the timeliness of the project. They were fantastic to work with and understood all of my needs. I plan to work with them on the next project as well.

  As a Roofing contractor we often run into trouble with old and worn out electrical masts. BTE is always quick to get a guy over our way. Thanks BTE.
