  We had a very nice gentleman come out and clear the clog on Sunday and another came out a few days later on Tuesday to check our pipe with a camera....I requested a quote for a suggested repair and was told it would be forthcoming, I still have not received one....it'll be a week tomorrow. (Jordan residence in Battle Creek)

  My water spicket was leaking and in need of repair. The tech, Jacob Taylor, had come out to do an estimate noted the wood that supported the spicket was all rotted and said hecould fix that. He came back for the service visit and remembered to bring a piece of wood so he could repair it!! That’s a good sign you’re in good hands! Work was done well, tech was pleasant and even offered me advice on further repairs I will need. Definitely recommend!!

  Jacob Taylor came over to install my sediment filter and water softener and did an amazing job at it. He was very friendly and even talked to me about how to service my products to keep them running good. I highly recommend this guy for quickly sorting out my plumbing needs and charging a fair price, something that is sadly hard to come by these days.

  We couldn't possibly be more pleased with the emergency service we received in a "crappy situation" from this company! Andrew and Paul (I think was his name) arrived within an hour of my call and had things back to normal within short time! Andrew saved me a substantial amount of money as well by trouble shooting and coming up with an alternate solution than replacing an $800 part! He thoroughly explained it being a temporary fix and why ( that alone will have me a permanent return customer) They both went above and beyond in helping me with clearing items from the area backed up and lessened my stress level at 3am! A job WELL DONE and TOP NOTCH customer service that is difficult to find this day in time! THANK YOU Andrew & Paul for all of your help, expertise, and kindness.. we will always be grateful!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matt and DJ did an awesome job! They came out with no problem, and I had asked for a call before they headed my way so I could make sure I didn’t miss them — and they did exactly that. They cleared my line, made sure everything was working properly, and took the time to make sure everything was squared away before they left. They also cleaned up behind themselves, which I really appreciated. Great service, professional, and reliable from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs the job done right. Much appreciated, Matt and DJ!
