  Realized on Sunday evening (of a holiday weekend) that I had no hot water. Went to website to schedule an appointment - immediately got a call back, and was able to get a technician that evening. He was knowledgeable, and explained things as he was fixing the issue. All in all…a great experience, would definitely recommend!

  Where do I start. I think the summary of the work Jacob did might be the best. He put our home before anything else, he made it feel like you called a friend or family member to assist with our issue. He was beyond polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. His ability to troubleshoot on the spot and work till the problem was resolved can not be put into English. 100% recommend if you or a family member are having plumbing problems.

  Absolutely wonderful technician. Intelligent, polite, and straight to business. He showed up to my house within 20 minutes of me calling Roto Rooter and worked quickly and efficiently to manage everything going wrong with our new home. On top of it all, the service was a lot less expensive than I had imagined it being. Without a shadow of a doubt, I will use this company for any and all of my future needs

  Faucet fixtures upstairs tub shooting waterto the ceiling when I try to use the close fixture to open or drain the tub. Sink down stairs bathroom. Totally not acceptable. I asked for the hot water faucet fixture set so it didn't have to be turned off below by valve. Nothing was wrong with the cold water faucet... So he fixed it so the cold water couldn't be turned off. Stated Sorry that's the best I can do. Nothing was wrong with the cold water faucet. He Said he could replace the faucets. Only Cost a hundred dollars maybe a little more. The original price for all repair was five hundred. Upstairs and down stairs bathroom's. I called Roto this morning requesting a different tech to come repair as original contact.

  Excellent customer service, spoke with a real person when calling for emergency services. My technician Jacob immediately called to coordinate his arrival time and to answer any up front questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional and although he was not able to permanently resolve the issue, he was able to return us to basic services, allowing us to remain in our home. I would highly recommend this company and technician when faced with a plumbing emergency.
