We had an emergency plumbing need at the house. Dominic Tormen was our technician. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Honestly before he showed up I was thinking the problem was one thing and within minutes he figured out it was a totally different situation. Kudos to him and the Roto-Rooter team. I will definitely use their services for any future needs.

We had a new water heater installed, and the experience was great from start to finish! He was very professional, took the time to explain everything, and made sure we understood what he was doing. He got the job done in just a few hours and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new water heater installed

We ended up with more than one clogged toilet on a Sunday at that, and he assured us he could fix at least one but maybe not the other in the same day. He ended up squeezing into the craw space anyway to fix the second problem, saving us the cost of having them come out again. Extremely grateful! Would definitely recommend.

Do NOT use this company. They are liars and crooks. They are billing me for services that were NEVER rendered at my home. I have called several times to try and talk to someone about this bill, and ihave gotten no replies, just the same bill. I have proof that the services were not rendered and witnesses and they continue to bill me. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and submitting a request to News 3 Investigates. I will also call every single insurance company in Battle Creek if I have to and report them as frauds. No one should be okay with them "padding" services to insurance companies to "get you more money" because all this does is spike insurance rates that we all end up having to pay. This particular site is fraudulent and should be audited on all claims. I have used other sites without issue. If you need honest and great service try Service Professor. I have had wonderful experiences with them and they are upfront and honest.
