- DADaysInn Albion5 days ago1.0We had a very disappointing experience with Roger Glass in Battle Creek. We ordered one window because we needed it urgently. At first, the representative came for measurements and gave us a reasonable price, but only 10 minutes later he changed the price to almost double. They promised the window would be ready within 2 weeks, but now more than 4 weeks have passed. The installation/rescheduling has already been delayed 3 times. Communication has been poor and the delays keep continuing. Before ordering, we had already seen many negative reviews, but because we urgently needed the window, we decided to proceed. Unfortunately, our experience matched those bad reviews. We feel overcharged, delayed, and very unhappy with the service. We would not recommend this company for doors or windows.
