  Very happy with the customer service. Nick was very polite and helpful. Took longer then expected for our order to come in but when it did we were notified immediately that it was on the way.

  I ordered flooring from LL Flooring and was told it would arrive by May 14, so I scheduled my contractor for May 19 and planned an entire vacation around being out of the house during demo and installation. After my contractor had already demolished the kitchen and living room floors, LL Flooring informed us that they had LOST our flooring order and had no idea when it would arrive. I had to manage this entire disaster from another time zone while on vacation. Now I’m returning home to a partially demolished, unsafe house with no flooring installed and no timeline for resolution. What’s most frustrating is not just the mistake itself, but how it was handled. I’ve worked in both hospitality and construction, and when problems like this happen, companies communicate early and make an effort to resolve the situation for the customer. No one warned us before demo began. No partial refund, no discount on a future purchase, no real solution whatsoever was offered. We were supposed to host a Memorial Day party to celebrate finally getting these floors after saving for years. Now we have to cancel because our home is torn apart. This was only the first phase of flooring for our house, and after this experience, I have zero confidence using this company for the second phase.
