- JJjust justApr 30, 20261.0It's know as a very expensive and 85% of the time rude and / or personal that work there just are not knowledgeable and don't follow though. My last time ( and was my last time) trying to find a replacement shower core valve from them and the complete shower system was purchased from them. They asked for a part number and photo's both of which i gave to them. I even sent photos of the complete system page that had all the info and all this was a three week process and done only by texting because they refused to talk on the phone. After all this, the last text I received from them involved finger pointing, so I haven't heard anything since and was waiting for them to text off to me something like its Bidens fault. As a diy person you can expect a very indifferent experience and plumber's I have heard will only go here as the last resort. As much as I don't like to say this, go to Amazon if you can't find what you want, that's how I got the value core that I needed. It's so very sad that a business works like this and to be very sure,,,,I sm not the only one to feel this way. 😞

Take the driveway immediately afterwards to the right and then loop around to back in. Great guys and very clean store and from what I seen they have anything and everything Plumbing related that you would ever need!
