  We needed two toilets installed after replacing the flooring in our main floor, and our usual plumbers couldn't come out for almost a week. Alex from Benjamin Franklin came out in 2 days & did a fabulous job replacing 2 toilets & a laundry tub faucet. He was wonderful to work with & left the space looking better than he found it. We'll now use Benjamin Franklin for all our plumbing needs going forward. Thank you, Alex!

  Braden is Excellent !!! Outstanding attention to codes and details. Fair price. It never takes the time we think it will for things like this. It takes 3x. Had a gasoline up sized coming out of my basement to a natural gas grill and 25,000 Btu direct vent heater. Needed more flow and these guys gave it that. Lifetime Customer Now, Bill

  We had a small gas leak and were able to get a next day appointment and fix. Alex arrived within the appointment window and was thorough in explaining what he saw and how he would fix it. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

  I am really impressed with the Ann Arbor franchise of this company! The manager, Field, called me back quickly after I fumbled through the online appointment booker. He listened patiently to what I thought I needed and got a tech out to me three days earlier than I had scheduled online. Adam, the tech, also listened patiently to my concerns, inspected the areas to be worked on, quickly figured out what I needed, and got the quote to me the same day. I am really looking forward to them getting started and I highly recommend them for any plumbing and sewer concerns you might have!
