One firm sent a tech but did not even do a thorough diagnosis and still charged us. With this heat wave week, we and the kids had to cope with all kinds of things. When I called Indoor Climate Solutions, Ryan patiently listened to me and then explained their process. Veronica was very helpful too. James replaced the coil and filled up the Freon for such a reasonable price. They saved us thousands of $$. I am do happy to have found an honest firm in heating and cooling. We are staying with this firm forever.😀
