  The generator installation crew was on time and very good at what they do, as well as being very courteous. They left work areas cleaner than when they arrived and did a good job of explaining operation on the generator. The generator was installed on a concrete pad over a raised, crushed stone base. My only complaint is that they didn’t install some type of edging between the stone and the grass lawn. Update: MidMaine Generator reached out to me and we discussed my issue with the stone. They will return to the site to box in the area with pt wood. Amazing Customer Service. Would highly recommend MMG to anyone considering a generator for their home. Dave Kohler

  From my first email inquiry to the final installation today...everyone I spoke to, met with..was very professional and knowledgeable and didn't leave me with any unanswered questions. I feel absolutely comfortable calling them with any questions I may have. Recommend them 100%!

  Please allow me to spend a moment of your time in evaluating the service I have received from Mid Maine Generator. I first contacted the company because you came highly recommended by individuals whose judgement I trust. They did not disappoint. First, they gave me a date for installation and a solid explanation of what to expect. I got everything promised and on time. Second, the excellence of the installation team is commendable. They arrived on time. They worked proficiently and economically with no wasted time. They kept a tidy worksite and completely cleared away every scrap of debris before leaving. They were careful to explain everything to me and were patient with my questions. Above all, they were respectful, courteous and professional.

  We have had 3 quotes, my husband liked Justin the best out of the three. He said he notice how well he listen to me and him. He listened to what we wanted and the other guys who came here told us what they wanted to do, they took no note to what we wanted. Justin had a nice personality.

  In 2025, after years of over-analytical planning, and obtaining of estimates, we decided to have a Kohler Home Generator installed at our camp, and selected Mid-Maine Generators to complete the project. We can be meticulous with having work completed properly and to our expectations, especially when costs are a consideration. While Mid-Maine Generators was the priciest estimate over the years that we did receive to complete this project, we did not have a single concern with their work or service, to date. Everyone (both office and field staff) was professional and helpful, and the job was completed timely. And I can honestly say the team went above and beyond our expectations. Mid-Maine Generators did an excellent job! And I would recommend them.
