Even with them using High End CLASS 4 Shingles, Owens Corning Duration FLEX and Certainteed NorthGate Climate Flex, Not Builder Grade shingles like GAF, IKO, Or Tamko . Ryan Beat all Competors Pricing and even with including Chimney Flashing, Ice and Water Shield 6 Feet up and on both Rakes and in all Valleys, Starter Strip on Front edge and Up both Rakes, Vent Sure Ridge Cap, Pro-Armor Synthetic Shiething, Drip edge On front Edge and up Both Rakes, and Galvanized 30 Year Nails. Highly Reccomended!! Great Job Ryan!! Thank You!!

  I had a great experience with Unparalleled Roofing from start to finish. They were organized, showed up when they said they would, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The crew clearly paid attention to the details, and the communication was solid the whole way through—I always knew what was going on.
