  MRWT was great. They came out to assess the job and give me a real quote rather than a lowball guess like some others. Job was completed in about 90 minutes for me since I had the pipes already stubbed in and I will have an electrician come out for more complex wiring setup later. No mess no issues. System is up and running.

  Needed a radon mitigation system for a single-family home. Katie came out and did the quote - was very easy to work with, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Andrew did the install and he was wonderful. Polite, smart, clean and efficient! Was done in less time than I expected, and he was so careful about a delicate plant in the garden near where the system comes out of the house. What a wonderful experience all around - will definitely recommend to others!

  All of the service people and the owner were very polite except the person that I spoke with about billing, Susan.She was rather rude. The fellow that installed the water mitigation at our well did not wire the pump correctly. He used 110 wire instead of 240 wire and we lost our water while taking showers twice Fortunately, my husband has put in many many wells, and he fixed the wiring on a weekend. I found out after the fact that there is an emergency number that you can call. I’m sure it took my husband less time to fix it then it would’ve to wait for somebody to come out on an emergency call. Then we had a problem with our invoice. We were charged for a well riser at $551 and a cap for the well at $121 that were not installed in our well. I sent a picture of this to their office. They are very slow to adjust their invoice. They said they could not credit my credit card. When you’re building a house and you’re dealing with multiple subcontractors and many many vendors, it’s incredibly annoying to have to chase down your money when people make mistakes on bills and they are slow to rectify them. As I said most, everybody was very pleasant, Jeremy, who came out initially certainly knows what he’s talking about. If you have lots of time to run down errors, I would recommend them, if you don’t I would not recommend them.

Also, what a beautiful, neat install job by Ricky and Chris! Thanks so much! I would never go elsewhere for Water or Radon needs! Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Austin came by today to help get our RO system connected to our fridge. He did a great job getting us set up and explained everything about the set up. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I continue to be extremely impressed with Maine Radon and Water including all of their technicians
