I received a call quickly, and Holly (very nice) proceeded to gather all my detailed information. She put me on hold while checking their availability for appointments. After several minute, she came back on and said they don't cover my zip code! Even their web site advertises Franklin County as where they cover. My zip code was the FIRST piece of information I gave them, and they had to go thru a detailed interview before figuring out they don't cover my area? I'm as close to southern Maine as you can get and still be in Franklin County!! I'm very glad they showed their incompetence before we wasted any more time. This is what I call a HUGE red flag as a company to avoid.....

Then a day later I get a corrected invoice increasing it to $11,099. When I decided to go elsewhere, the sales rep call to try to talk me out of it and to go with him and I told him I felt I was being scammed as you advertise 8599.00 and the price changed twice for me. He got mad and said oh really and I said I’m sorry but that’s how I feel and he just hung up on me. Really good customer service:NOT I would NOT get work done by this company !!!

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
