- HHHagansApr 30, 20261.0Takeuchi and Volvo would be smart to pull from this dealership. Stick with Chappell and go back to Woodco. Terrible sales department (Cole), so bad that the service manager (Todd) stepped in to help. Tried to buy a machine for 2+ months…. YIKES
- SASean AmesMar 20, 20261.0I was in the road behind one of their company vehicles in standish at 625. After going around a rotary their driver brake checked me then preceded to flip me off out the window, very disrespectful company and horrible drivers!
- SBSandy BMay 11, 20201.0I wish google had negative stars to rate this company!! Widespread incompetence, doesn't matter which branch you use. Never had such a horrible experience with a vendor before in my life!! Supplied our tax exempt certificate to 4 different people, spoke with at least that many more and they still can't get it correct. To top it off they are now charging fees for unpaid sales tax. Not sure how they are even still in business!!
