  Called early morning to make a last minute repair appointment for the HVAC and the office staff were very polite, professional, and promptly offered me an appointment for later that day. They were very upfront and kind in communicating the $100 extra charge for a Saturday call. They followed up early in the day when the schedule would be pushed back due to traffic for their tech. I appreciated the communication and early notice! Tony came out on a Saturday to get the air flowing and cooling for us again on a very hot August day. He was professional, diagnosed and solved the repair, and made a recommendation for future maintenance, should I so desire it. He was a reserved, kind, soft spoken tech that seemed educated in his field!

  Local Mechanical is THE best. Each experience has been more than positive. Michael and his crew are very professional, kind, trustworthy and pleasant. They responded to my phone calls immediately and were always in communication with arrival times and explaining the current diagnostic questions. They have gone above my expectations and I am so grateful!!

  We recently had our AC unit replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Michael, the owner, even came by the day before the installation to make sure the new unit would be the right fit and work properly for our home. That extra level of attention really showed how much he cares about his customers. Julia, who handled everything in the office, was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. On installation day, Ashton and Ray were absolutely awesome. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished. From the excellent customer service to the quality of the installation, this company exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend them to anyone needing AC service or a replacement.   Had an upstairs HVAC issue -- thermostat went dark, fuse dead but after that needed professional diagnostic help to know what was causing the short. Prompt service by their operator (who's name I forget but was very caring and helpful) and by the technician, Justin, who was also very nice. Considering annual setup. Would recommend this company.
