- TOThe Local OOBMay 7, 20261.0Had a no heat call then ended with no heat for three weeks and a 3,000 dollar bill. If you try to get ahold of the service department you won’t be able to. The only person that you can reach is Heidi, who is there full time debt collector due to them scamming so many people. I have two local businesses and will promise them that I will do anything in my power to encourage people to use someone else. Told them that no one was transparent about the cost of anything and the time I would be without heat. Let them know I would be willing to pay cost but I would never let a company profit off doing bad business. Asked to have the manager of the place call me but was told they are too busy.

The transition to Frederick Brothers was seamless, no complaints from the other members and my personal deliveries have been timely and consistent. The staff at Frederick Brothers is very helpful, friendly and follow through to Mae sure questions are answered.

They service my furnace, deliver oil and propane, and are always available for calls. One office staff member grew up in my neighborhood, and even offered to stop over to help me shovel. I can't imagine doing business elsewhere. Doing business with Fredrick's entire staff gives you the same feeling as going to grandma's for a home cooked meal...you know they will be there for you!
