  Tuff shed from start to finish was Flawless. Rick at tiuff shed was very Professional from the begining to end Installation team was also great with no issues. They made sure everything looked great and was very professional and polite. The shed looks great and we are very Happy!

  Rick Hazelton at Tuff Shed in Portland was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman and walked us through the design choices, relevant options, and the ordering process in just a short period of time. The Docusign process of approving the sales documents was straightforward and flawless. Obtaining a building permit in our town was also easy and took only a short period of time. We had a very talented and experienced hardscape contractor with whom we have worked in the past prepare our site for the shed. From the time of ordering to the day of installation took only about 6 weeks. The only glitch in our installation was that the silver-backed roofing boards were not available through any local suppliers and had an indeterminate back-order date, so we agreed to allow Tuff Shed to use plywood boards in their place rather than face a delay in installation. Tuff Shed gave us a discount for this change. The installation crew of four were excellent and installed the 10’ x 12’ shed in one afternoon. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and we would recommend this product, Rick H, and this company to anyone seeking to have high quality storage shed built on their property.

  Enjoyed working with Rick in the design and purchase of our Tuff Shed. He was professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with. The three-man crew delivering and installing the shed was great, very efficient. Overall, very pleased with the Tuff Shed Portland experience. Could not be happier with the shed: It is well built and of a better quality than some other sheds from other companies that I looked at. Well done to Rick, the installers, and the entire Tuff Shed team.

  Rick Hazelton is the shed king! The sales and design process was very easy. We got our shed 2 weeks later and it was built in less than 3 hours. I am very happy with the build quality and value. This shed is easily nicer than our house!
