  Shopped there a couple of years ago and didn't have a choice as they were the only ones in the area that had what I needed. Asked if I could open a contractor account, as I am one and would start doing business with them, as I had a couple of projects in the area and we have owned land not far away since the 90's. Got told I could but I wouldn't receive the contractor pricing on the items I was purchasing. Purchase was over $700 on grk structural screws and nominal 2x hanger brackets. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. Again I go in for a product only they have and spend over $600 on a tool. I revisit the conversation of a contractor account and am told again I would have to prove my buying capacity to gain my contractor discount. That they want to weed out those guys that aren't really contractors and only do a couple thousand a year in sales. Then I ask if I can at least get a veterans discount, again as I am one. I'm told the brand sets it's prices and they don't have control of the pricing, which is a complete lie. I know the tool representatives for the major manufacturers for the region. I'm also a product tester for the major fastener brands. And certified by the two largest pvc exterior product manufacturers. This was your chance to win my business. I have an entire estate I'm putting camps on. The first going in currently. I have truck loads of plywood I'm purchasing...not from you guys. You have permanently lost my business and I will let everyone know the kind of business you guys do. The lumberyard I do most of my business with gives me a contractor discount on tools and my veteran discount on top of that. Have a nice day!
