  We hired Jaime (Kennebunk Exteriors) for an exterior overhaul — new roof, windows, siding, and trim — and couldn't be happier with the results. Jaime does about 90% of the work himself, with just one other person helping out, and it shows. The attention to detail and precision of installation are outstanding. He's careful about the products he chooses, communicated honestly at every stage, and stayed right on schedule. On top of all that, his pricing was the most fair we found after getting several estimates. He was attentive to our budget, which meant a lot to us. We've attached before and after photos — the transformation speaks for itself. Highly recommend Kennebunk Exteriors to anyone considering exterior work!

  The porch and stairs were replaced. We are very pleased with the outcome. It's design and construction are above our expectations. JT listened to our goals, provided input to achieve a new design, and communicated in person the progress of the job. The job was on time in and in budget. He is thorough and a talented contractor. We have asked him to return for another job.

  JT installed new vinyl siding and windows on my house and garage. He spent a lot of time going over the different materials and choices with me, as well as explaining what he was doing. There were some surprises under the old siding, and he easily handled them all. He paid attention to the smallest detail and the house looks great. His time estimate was right on target, and his prices are very reasonable.

  JT installed James Hardie on my house… Absolutely love the color. Old color was brown. JT also installed 11 new windows and is building me a new front deck. I highly recommend JT. He’s very professional, detailed oriented and hard working. He shows up everyday with a smile on his face…JT is the contractor you want to hire. I will have him do all of my projects.
