  We paid LMC Home Remodeling Inc. a deposit to replace the siding on our home. Nearly a year later, no work has been completed. During that time, our project was delayed repeatedly with various explanations. After almost a year, the owner visited our home and told us the project would now cost approximately 50% more than the original agreed-upon price. We declined to move forward under those new terms and requested the return of our deposit. As of the date of this review, our deposit has not been returned, and the company has stopped responding to our phone calls, emails, and messages. This review reflects our personal experience. We hope this matter is resolved promptly, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend LMC Home Remodeling Inc. 8/10/2026 Final Update: LMC Home Remodeling Inc. came to our home today and returned our full deposit in cash. They also returned the replacement piece of siding that had been removed for color matching. We appreciate that they have now resolved this matter.

  Have to update. When they reconnected one of the outside lights, they nicked a wire which caused a power outage inside the house. It’s a $500 electric bill because I finally caved and had the electrician come. I asked them if they would pay it to make things right, but they still haven’t. Such great hard work and competitive pricing! The house looks a bazillion times better. They worked quickly but carefully to insulate and side around several tricky spots (heat pumps, electric boxes, lights, many windows). I’d rather a good job than a quick job. Also one area of the siding was rotted or completely missing. They repaired and removed the old rotted siding and added extra insulation. I requested one other inset area to be made flush and they totally got the assignment. Looks much better. One light wasn’t working when it was put back up and they immediately fixed it the next day. The materials are quality and they installed as soon as temperatures were appropriate to not risk cracking the vinyl. All around great experience. Now I want them to wrap the windows and do the porch soffit. Thanks Kyle and the team!
