. We had a terrible experience with Rob’s Septic Tanks.
We had our septic tank pumped yesterday, and by today we were already having the exact same issue again. When we called to explain what was going on, the owner got on the phone and was extremely condescending. He talked down to us like we had no knowledge of our own home or septic system.
Instead of listening or trying to help, he immediately went into the typical blame game and gave excuse after excuse. They also pushed very hard for cash payment, which honestly felt like the first red flag.
On top of that, they removed the handle from our concrete septic cover, so now we cannot even open it ourselves to inspect anything or have another company easily access it.
The worst part was when he refused to let me speak and then said that if he came out right now, we would owe him $1,000. That is completely unacceptable customer service, especially after we had just paid them the day before and were still dealing with the same problem.
At this point, we will be calling another company to properly address the issue, and we are also looking into pursuing legal action if necessary.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Rob’s Septic Tanks.

One of the best experiences of any business ever. I got 7 quotes and Rob's was the most expensive. But 3 of the other companies, asked how I know I need my drainage system replaced. When I told them Rob's emptied my tanks and told me, 3 of the competitors said that if Rob's says you need it, you definitely need it since they are so reputable.
I went with Rob's even though they were more expensive. But the most amazing thing was that at the end, they told me my bill would be almost 40% less since the job was not as complex and it could have been. That has never happened to me before. It ended up being cheaper.
Everyone at Rob's was so nice and helpful. If you don't go with Robs you are making a mistake. I will never call anyone else ever!!!!
Rob’s Septic Tanks came to our home to pump the septic tank. They were courteous and called ahead a couple times to specify exactly when Steve would arrive. Steve was thorough! I learned quite a bit more about our septic tank system while he was here. You have a great staff member. Thanks for scheduling us quickly and for your septic tank service. Take it from me, call them!

Rob's Septic has been a pleasure to work with from evaluation to installation. Their warranty is longer than most, pricing is in the mid-range, the warranty and the service are worth the high range of pricing. Extremely pleased with Reed, Brandon and team for a respectful job well done. Job location: Ocoee

I will never call them again in my I will never call them again—not in a million years. I waited four months before writing this review. I called them to have my septic tank cleaned. I left the house for four days, and when I returned two days later, the tank was full again. I checked my security cameras, and the man who cleaned my septic tank took only about three minutes; the other company I hired took nearly 15. I called them to ask them to come back, and they told me that I must have a water leak somewhere in my house. However, whenever I go out of town, I shut off the main water valve, so it is impossible that there were any leaks. Besides, I’ve been a contractor for decades, so I know what I’m talking about. We spoke with the manager to request that someone come out to take a look, but she told me that if they did, she would charge me another few hundred dollars. They refused to resolve anything—even though I had video footage of the work being performed, which clearly showed that it was done far too quickly. I will never call them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Today—four months later—my septic tank has not filled up again, and that serves as my proof.
