Got a basically an immediate appointment, had snow wasn't prepared drivewaywise, no worries... don't know where my cap is but I know the tank... they found and dug it in less than 2 mins. Receptionist was very nice and the gentlemen that came were super nice and professional and amazing. This was my first time having a septic pumped and I would highly recommend them again!. They also covered it back up when they were done.
