  Osprey Building Company is a wonderful, trustworthy, talented local team that is so enjoyable to work with. Matt and Kelley are professional and down to earth, with a wealth of knowledge in the building and renovation world, including older homes. They are fantastic listeners and collaborators, and as a designer, that is an invaluable asset to me (and my clients). They are transparent and honest, their estimates easy to comprehend, and great communicators who you will likely call your friends by the end. I recommend them highly to anyone looking to begin a home renovation or building project.

  Matt and Kelley were recommended by an interior designer, and I'm so happy I found them. We had water damage due to a leak, and they replaced built-ins in my closet, mudroom and garage. They look terrific and best of all they were on budget and insurance paid 100%! They were terrific to work with and I love supporting a small local business run by such nice people.

  Matt and his team were great! Super responsive, professional, and got the job done quickly. In the course of the repairs, something came up that might have increased the scope of the project - he brought this up and advised us on what he'd personally do, which ended up being the cheaper option! Can't recommend him enough.

  We worked with Osprey recently on a project at our new house... we needed to update two bathrooms and they did not disappoint. From helping to pick out what fixtures would fit best, to ensuring every finish detail was perfect, Matt and Kelley were the dream team. Nobody works harder, it’s really impressive. It’s an old house, and we ran into a couple small kinks along the way, but one of their greatest strengths was finding creative solutions to overcome the hiccups that we encountered. Highly recommend!

  We hired Osprey Property Management to do a renovation in our living room and were impressed by the work on every level. Matt and Kelley were prompt, responsive and super communicative through the entire process. Not to mention they were a pleasure to have around. We have a 200 year old antique home and needless to say, there were some surprises and quirks along the way. Matt and Kelley handled it all with a good attitude and creativity. We look forward to working with them in the future... Cannot recommend enough!
