  When we bought our property, it came with a whole house generator. We'd been getting annual maintenance from Dirfy's for the last few years. Last November, the power went out, and the generator failed to switch over and provide power. Dirfy's tried to fix it, but couldn't. Our neighbor suggested Rod's Electric, so we called in March. Kevin came out, and I was very impressed with his debugging. He stepped through possibles, and determined it was the generator control board, which he then replaced. All good! He also showed us how to test power failures at the automatic transfer switch, which we appreciated. Kevin knows his stuff! Also, when I call the office, someone answers, which is much appreciated :-)

  We called because our generator wasn't working. They came out two days later. Very nice and helpful. He had the generator up and working in know time. Very happy with their work and professionalism.. I will be calling next year for annual service.

  Kevin has been totally amazing. He put in my new unit at Village Variety in Kezar Falls.He is putting in my unit at home in Parsonsfield. He is awesome with his knowledge of what he both sells and repairs! He can come across dry at times however he's is all about getting the job done at the best possible price to the consumer without compromising what needs to be done. I am very grateful for my relationship with Kevin both before the sale and after!!!! Thank You for yet another amazing job! cannot wait for my daughter to hire you for the next job!!!

  Just called because my generator needs service. Woman answering the phone was totally rude and in a big hurry to hang up. Wouldn’t and won’t recommend to anyone. ✌🏼
