  Excel Mechanical installed our heat pump heating and cooling systems in our high performance, deep energy home renovation. They designed and installed a fairly complicated whole house solution with three zones - two ducted systems (with humidification), non-ducted systems with three ceiling cassettes; as well as an Energy Recovery Ventilation system for the whole house. We also hired them to perform our preventative maintenance services to keep the equipment balanced and perforing optimally. We have been extremely satisfied with the team - from owner and operations leaders, to dispatcher and technicians - everyone has shown that they are exceptionally professional, service-oriented and knowledgeable. While they are not the low price leader in the market, they compensate by offering high value and proven expertise. We would highly recommend Excel Mechanical for any project they see as apropriate for their business.

  The installation crew arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment. The equipment was going into a basement crawl space which made their work more difficult but they accomplished what was needed and were very professional. Their tech person was very knowledgeable and was able to coordinate a dual heating system utilizing both a heat pump and a propane fired hot air system. I highly recommend them for commercial as well as residential services.

  Excellent Service! Tech was very friendly,kind and worked hard. He was straight to the point and the job was done before i knew it! Staff in the office were very kind and helpful. A deposit was requested for the job due to people not paying for the work after it's done. I was more then happy to pay for my work and more then happy to leave a deposit. My house & family are warm now thanks to Travis and Excel Mechanical : )
