  Repaired our retractable awning so that it works better than it ever has. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to come over and see what was needed, order parts and return to fix. Made some on-the-spot mods to clear casement windows. Very happy with results.

  So happy to have found Wallace Awning! The motor on our 15 year old retractable awning was in need of attention. Having gotten an estimate from another company, we decided to get a "second opinion" and contacted Wallace Awning. Fred & Monica were beyond helpful.They were prompt, efficient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Fred knew exactly what was needed and how to do the job. Rather than feeling like we were at someone's mercy, we felt like we were in good, HONEST hands. Having owned a business ourselves for many years, we value good customer service & understand its importance. The Andersons are the definition of it!
