  I have always felt comfortable with ALL of the staff from RT in my home. They are prompt, kind, and honest. I have seen their work on a larger scale at my workplace and have been just as impressed. 100% would recommend them to anyone for a job of any size. They are a pleasure to work with and their work is excellent.

  Have been using RTServices for 3 years now. Always responsive and professional starting with the phone call, to the technicians and plumbers doing the work and billing. Today was an emergency callout for a broken, leaking water filter. Phil and Gunter came out same day with parts to replace the filter. Polite, professional and competent as always. Like everyone, I dislike plumbing emergencies, but it’s a relief to know I can count on the team at RT when they happen.

  A fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a water pressure issue in one of our bathrooms and a garbage disposal to be replaced. All was done quickly, professionally, and expertly!

  I honestly have no opinion on their ability as plumbers, but one of their vans just blew through a stop sign in the residential community my toddlers walk( didn't even begin to slow down. Stop sign is on parkwood drive, Wednesday June the 10th at 7:43. Van then drove slowly (appeared to be on the phone) turned right onto Mt Aetna then turned into the Brightwood development. Just thought I'd give some details in case the business sees my review and would like to teach this particular employee what those red octagons on the corners of roads mean
