  Landon came out to repair our freeze proof house bib. He was very professional and performed quality workmanship. He also took the time to look at some other plumbing projects we have and worked with us to develop a priority list and estimating. We will continue to rely on RT Services to assist us in maintaining our home.

  RT Services was the 3rd Company I called for the installation of a UV light and water softening system for my home. They not only showed up when they said they were going to show up. They had great communication during the process of the installation. Zach, our plumber was very courteous and explained everything. He showed up for the appointment when he said he was going to be here on the day of the estimate as well as the day of the installation. I’m glad the other two companies never followed through. I feel confident that we have a good plumber for future needs and the right system for our home.

  Quick appointment. Wonderful service and very polite. Very clean,never even could tell he had been here. Excellent company and service tech.

  Zach was excellent! Actually showed up a few minutes early. He explained everything and was polite and professional. The work was completed quickly and he kept me informed as he went. This is the second time I have used them and will absolutely do so again for any future repairs

  They were able to come out the next day, a Friday to give us an estimate. Send us the estimate that day. They were much lower than a previous estimate. We got said they can schedule us out in two weeks. We were able to pay them over the weekend and they started on Monday. We canceled another estimate that was supposed to come out on Monday because they started the job. Very professional communicate communicated well and upfront about everything.
