  The crew from Young Septic came out to empty the tank of the house we just purchased. Upon inspection they found additional issues and explained in detail what was going on. The technicians quickly helped develop a plan to resolve the issues. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable!

  I can’t say enough good things about Young’s Septic and the owner, Young. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. What really impressed me was that he didn’t just treat me like another customer. He took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and help me navigate what was a stressful situation. He was upfront about the work that needed to be done, communicated throughout the process, and followed through on what he said he would do. It’s hard to find contractors these days who take pride in their work and stand behind their name, but Young is exactly that kind of person. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism he put into the job.   Young Septic came to my house to repair an inlet line. Michael and his colleague were courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the Office Staff --- Trish and Anna, who did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again. Five stars all around.

  I have had Young Septic help me several times with problems at my house. They are responsive and easy to work with. You will talk to a real person on the phone at their office, the guys are professional and not salesmen. They’re going to come over and sort out what’s wrong and fix it for a fair price. I recommend them for any septic service you may need.

  What a wonderful and thorough company! Randy went over and above with a very, very (Did I say VERY?!!) complicated home sale with serious septic issues. Settlement was pushed back repeatedly, with everyone being as flexible and helpful as possible, as sellers worked with Young Septic to determine the extent of the issues. Randy Young applied with and met with Baltimore County, the surveyors (more than once), and double and triple checked to ensure there was enough access to the site. He went over and above and I will continue to happily refer him to my clients to ensure their peace of mind and the best assistance possible!
