  Atlantic Blue is a great business. Service is prompt, both in office when I call with questions and with the technicians that deliver salt for our softener system and perform the yearly check up of the system. The technicians are polite and explain processes to my satisfaction. A considerate touch is upon arrival they put coverings over their work boots as to not drag in dirt. Appreciate it.

  Excellent Service — Truly Went Above and Beyond I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Atlantic Blue Water Services was exceptional and deserved to be recognized. I initially contacted them thinking I simply needed the filters changed on my RO system. During their inspection, Steve identified that the problem was much more than clogged filters. My RO storage tank was waterlogged, my well-water pressure/expansion tank had also failed, and my booster pump was running continuously because the system wasn’t maintaining adequate pressure to the kitchen upstairs. The team took the time to explain what was happening and recommended the right solution rather than simply changing the filters. They ultimately replaced the RO filters and membrane, replaced the RO storage tank and expansion tank, and added a second RO storage tank to improve the system’s performance. The pricing was very reasonable, and the discounts they provided were especially appreciated because these were unexpected expenses. What really stood out, however, was Brad’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After the work was completed, we unexpectedly developed a leak in our existing whole-house sediment filter housing. This was something that had been working before the service and was not caused by Atlantic Blue, but Steve spent considerable time trying to troubleshoot and repair it, including replacing the filter and washer. When it became apparent that the housing itself likely needed to be replaced, Brad stepped in. Even though Atlantic Blue was not responsible for the issue, Brad understood that I was already dealing with an unexpected expense and went to management to find a solution. They ultimately offered to replace the entire unit at no additional cost to me. That level of customer service and ownership is rare. Hayden and Patrick came out to complete the replacement, and they were fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and answer all of my questions. I also want to specifically recognize Hayden , Steve and Patrick , who was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the initial service, and Brad, whose leadership and genuine focus on customer satisfaction made a tremendous impression on me. Thank you to Brad, Hayden, Steve, and Patrick for your professionalism, workmanship, patience, and outstanding customer service. Atlantic Blue could have simply completed the original service and walked away, but instead they made sure the entire system was working properly and that I was satisfied. I don’t write reviews often, but this is exactly the kind of experience that deserves a five-star review. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic Blue Water Services to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused water treatment service.

  Our experience with Atlantic blue was outstanding. Our technician Collin Bainbridge did an excellent job. He was kind, courteous, It is so much nicer under here explained everything very well and was a pleasure to have in the house.

  This is my second post about our Well issue on Sunday. We had no water pressure. Kevin came out to examine, and we determined that there was a leak somewhere. Monday morning, Justin and Austin came to identify where the leak was. Tuesday we confirmed leak was in the pitless adapter. They replaced the pitless adapter, but there was another leak elsewhere. Discovered that a tree had fallen and broken an old water hydrant in our pasture. A day later they removed the T adapter for the hydrant and Well is repaired. Randy followed up to do a water test for bacteria. We were out of water for 11 days. The staff at Atlantic Blue were great and did everything they could as quickly as possible to fix our well. Thank you.

  Great experience. Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Dennis Roberts took care of me and I look forward to working with him moving forward. Just updating my review after the install. Hayden was on time, professional, and very helpful. He went above and beyond. A good example was that a previous plumber had improperly installed my well cap. He replaced it for me. It's refreshing to know that there is a company out there that doesn't rush and truly cares about their customers. I will be using Atlantic Blue Water again. Thanks team!
