- MPM PorterOct 3, 20215.0I have lived in this community since April of 2020. I have found it to be quiet, welcoming, and I know if I needed help that a neighbor would be available. During the winter snow storm, several of us helped each other out and it was exactly what I was looking for in a community. Home itself is still settling in and if there have been issues the warranty company has been quick to respond... though I have only had one issue with an appliance. You do hear a bit of air and highway traffic, but I knew that going in and it doesn't disturb me, my guests, or pets. I enjoy it hear and am looking forward to the community center being built! I would agree that some of the worksmanship with the baseboards and painting look a bit rushed. I plan to update my review after the one year touch up, but I know that some cracks and what not come with settling of the house.
